STEP 1
Choose Your Plan
There are 1, 3, and 6-month custom programs for your goals. While most people start with one month, I recommend committing to a full 3-months for the best opportunity for your fitness goals.
The one-month option is recommended for those looking to try out Online Coaching.
STEP 2
Let's Talk Your Goals
After you purchase an online coaching package, we will schedule a call to discuss your fitness goals. From our call, I will better know how to design your diet and training program. This is only your starting point; we can adjust your program as you progress.
STEP 3
Receive Your Program
I will begin crafting your program when we have all of your information. You will receive information about True Coach, and your plan will be ready on the True Coach app within 3-6 days. When you get it, look through it because it is time to work!
STEP 4
Coach Check-ins
I will check in with you weekly or bi-weekly. This is your opportunity to ask questions, talk about your progress and any obstacles, and get professional advice on anything from proper form to lifestyle changes to maintain your results.
STEP 5
Analyze Your Results
At the end of your program, it’s time to look at your progress and your next fitness goals. You’ll have a consultation with me to map out a long-term plan for continuing your progress or switching your goal.
